حذف حسابك من داخل Fanzc

يمكنك بدء حذف حسابك مباشرة من التطبيق دون التواصل مع الدعم:

1. افتح ملفي.

2. اضغط أيقونة الإعدادات.

3. انتقل إلى قسم الحساب.

4. اختر حذف الحساب.

5. اكتب DELETE للتأكيد، ثم اضغط حذف حسابي نهائيًا.

ماذا يحدث عند الحذف؟

عند اكتمال العملية يُحذف حسابك وملفك الشخصي والمحتوى المرتبط به، بما يشمل تسجيلات الحضور والصور والخطط والعلاقات الاجتماعية والتفاعلات، باستثناء أي بيانات يلزم الاحتفاظ بها مؤقتًا أو نظاميًا لأغراض أمنية أو قانونية مشروعة. لا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف بعد اكتماله.

إذا لم تستطع الدخول

أرسل طلبًا من البريد المرتبط بالحساب إلى support@fanzc.app بعنوان "طلب حذف حساب"، واذكر اسم المستخدم. قد نطلب خطوة تحقق لحماية الحساب، ولن نطلب كلمة المرور.

إذا كانت لديك مشكلة تقنية أثناء الحذف، أرفق صورة للخطأ ونوع الجهاز وإصدار التطبيق.

Delete your Fanzc account

You can initiate permanent account deletion directly in the app:

1. Open Profile.

2. Tap Settings.

3. Go to Account.

4. Choose Delete Account.

5. Type DELETE, then confirm permanent deletion.

When deletion completes, your account, profile, check-ins, photos, plans, social relationships, and associated interactions are removed, except for information that may need to be retained temporarily or where legally required for legitimate security or legal purposes. Deletion cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the account, email support@fanzc.app from the address associated with it using the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify ownership, but we will never ask for your password.
